Your ticket is good for one day. You can choose which day (Sep 10 or 11) you would like to attend. NOTE: If you have found a coupon, your discount will be taken off of the gate price of $40.
NON-TASTING TICKET - $20 online or at the gate (designated drivers and kids over 12) Enjoy a gorgeous day at Great Meadow! You may not do any wine tastings with this ticket but you'll love our exhibits and activities.

You're gonna love this BETTER destination event!
The Wine Festival at The Plains happens rain or shine. Because the field has been soaked this week, the Commonwealth Cup polo match may be moved over to the arena instead of on the grass polo field to be certain it is safe for the horses and players. Sunday's Hall of Fame Polo Challenge is expected to be on the Grass Field as planned.
Have you seen our really big tents??? Essentially, you can do this entire event all indoors under our massive wine, food and culinary stage tents that provide plenty of shade or cover. It's not just the vendors who stay dry & in the shade at this festival!! We have massive 40'x180' Exhibit Halls and a 50'x20' Seminar room - all under cover. Your ticket is good for one day only - you can choose either day - that's our way of offering you weather insurance. Refunds cannot be provided for this event.

WHAT TO WEAR: Swanky casual is the idea. Whether you choose a sun dress and big fancy hat or comfy khakis, peddlepushers or shorts, a polo shirt, collar shirt, sweater or blazer you'll fit right in with the crowd.
BRING: Be sure to bring an official Photo ID (drivers license, passport, state issued ID) You will NOT get a Tasters Ticket without official PHOTO IDENTIFICATION that proves you are over 21. NO EXCEPTIONS. ~*~ We will have some free umbrella table seating but you might have to be quick to get it. ~*~ ~~ NEW THIS YEAR ~~ VIP Tented Seating Available - Click on the Tickets above to Reserve Tented Seating Online Railside Tailgate Party Space Available - Click on the tickets above to Reserve Online ~*~ You may want to throw a picnic blanket or concert chairs in the trunk just in case. We will have lots of grass available for picnicing on the field. We'll also have the Locapour Picnic Blanket available for purchase for $20. ~*~ If the kids are coming bring kites, frisbees or balls - the field is BIG and not in use for a couple of hours.
DO NOT BRING: Pets Coolers Outside Alcoholic Beverages These items will not be allowed on the field Children are welcome but they (UNDER AGE 21) must stay with parents at all times. Shade Tents & Sun Umbrellas will be allowed in specifically-marked areas only.
The Door prize drawing happens around 4:00pmish (or whenever the polo stage pulls onto the field) both days. We keep calling names until someone screams & claims the TV. You must be present to win ... we don't want to haul this thing home! |
